The standard illumination device on all vertical bandsaws allow you to make accurate cuts, while being safer than our competitor’s models without the illumination device. Baileigh's smallest horizontal band saw cuts a maximum of 6 3/4 inch round, while the largest bandsaw cuts up to 18 inch round! The manual decent versions shut off the blade after each cut at which point the operator lifts the head to prepare for the next cut. Semi-automatic band saws have hydraulic clamping and a hydraulic saw head lift that activates after the saw is done cutting. Each gear driven metal cutting saw we offer has variable speed, miter heads, and a hydraulic controlled descent device for perfect feeds and longer blade life.
